TEAM

Today we had our second TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) meeting. Four facilitators and our contract director. A good time for sharing ideas, resources and finding solutions to challenges. We looked at the Good Teacher magazine as Pauline McLeod had contributed an article. It always makes interesting reading.

Gwen defines vision as "being able to see clearly:

• why we want learners to learn in our schools,
• how we want learners to learn in our schools,
• what we want them to learn to equip them for life now and later,
• how we want them to be taught.

A timely reminder as our schools begin to visit / revisit their vision and values statements.
